The Leadership Program is an intensive training program that focuses exclusively on the leadership skills associated with contribution and enrollment, while serving as the architectural tool belt used to hone the life skills learned through the Personal Effectiveness Training. In this training, participants receive daily coaching and experience the direct transformation of their life commitment into concrete actions and tangible results. Through the Leadership Program, you will have the opportunity to become the creator of your possible future.

This unique leadership workshop opens doors of possibilities for participants to reinvent themselves, their relationships with the people around them and the community as a whole. Each person will create a “Personal Strategic Plan” that will serve as a detailed road map for achieving extraordinary declared results never before imagined. Additionally, each person will experience working as a team with their group as they engage in a variety of activities and projects throughout the training, including a rewarding and fulfilling community service project.
